I shared my experience with Dr.Jackson with at least half a dozen people. I was excited to be working with a new rheumatologist and was open to any suggestions he had. It was so refreshing that he agreed with the treatment I was seeking from a previous rheumatologist. Dr. Jackson was so focused and concerned about my care. He took way more time than he needed to telling me the history of medicine treating my condition and recommend other doctors for other disorders I have outside of RA. I have a hard time explaining things and Dr Jackson really took the time to listen to me, examine me and records, and provide me with a diagnosis and treatment. He explained everything to me in a way I can understand and provided me with resources to read and educate myself. I am truly grateful for both his medical expertise and his caring and compassion for me as his patient, coming to him frustrated and in pain.
